If we ride the bikes long enough we will have to eventually replace the rod. We
all dread that sound when a connecting rod is loose and needing replacement. The
engine has to
be
completely disassembled, there are new bearing and seals to locate, and then
there is the time, tools, and know how to accomplish the job correctly. Or,
maybe you can get just one more season out of it....
